  • Exclusions: Customized or personalized items, final sale items, and digital downloads are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or an error was made on our part.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized artwork.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as "final sale."

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Include photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
